Q: If the paper written by more than 1 author, should all authors do the registration?

A: Just register 1 presenter to here https://iconetsi.sgu.ac.id/2022/online-registration/ . The registration fee is referring to https://iconetsi.sgu.ac.id/2022/registration/ . If the other author(s) would like to join as the non-presenter and get a certificate for the participation, please do another registration as “non presenter”

Q: When is the deadline for registration of non-presenter participant?

A: on D-Day

Q: How should graduate students register for participating ICONETSI 2022 and perform the presentation? As presenter, or as student presenter?

A: As student presenter.

Q: If the first author of a paper is a professor/professional, but the second author who is going to deliver the presentation is a graduate student, how should the registration be done? As professional presenter, or as a student presenter?

Submission

Paper Scope

Q : What are the scope for the papers submitted in the ICONETSI2022?

Presentation

Q: How will the presentation be conducted?

A: The conference will be conducted in two days. Keynote speeches will be delivered via video conference on 21 September 2022, while the invited speeches and the parallel sessions will be conducted via video conference on 21 and 22 September 2022. Each presenter will have 15 minutes for the presentation

Two weeks before the conference date, every presenter will be invited to join briefing and simulation thus online conference will run smoothly.

Publication

Q: Will the accepted paper be published in scopus indexed proceeding?

A: All accepted and presented full papers at ICONETSI2022 will be submitted for publication in the ACM International Conference Proceeding Series (ISBN 978-1-4503-9718-6) which will be archived in the ACM Digital Library, for indexing through Scopus.

Q : Does publication in the conference proceeding fulfill the publication requirement for masters’ graduation?

A : Yes, the proceedings fulfill the graduation requirement for master students in Swiss German University. For students from universities other than SGU, you may check the graduation requirements in your university.

Q : If I were unable to present my paper in the conference, would my paper still be eligible for publication?

A : Only presented papers will be eligible to be published in the conference proceeding.
